You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any order placed. We issue a confirmation of order to acknowledge we have received your order. Only when you receive an invoice does a contract exist between us. This term is included in case we have made a mistake when pricing an item or we no longer stock an item. If this situation arises we will contact you before processing your order. If for any reason you are unsure of which item you wish to purchase or you would like confirmation of a bar/chain combination for example please contact us.
